We are a growing company that is a leader in the industry of copying, printing, scanning, faxing and document management software solutions. We provide hardware, ongoing service and supplies for the hardware, as well as custom designed workflow solutions that help our customers improve their productivity and profitability. The manufactures that we support are Sharp electronics and the Ricoh / Lanier family products. We work with all potential customers in the Omaha / Council Bluffs metro area regardless of the size of their business.
About the position:
We are looking for one special candidate for a Service technician position. Technicians help diagnose and resolve technical problems relating to our customers copiers, printers, scanners and fax systems. Many of these systems are multifunctional systems that are tied into our customer's networks. This is a full time position. We provide on site training as well as off site training led by our manufacturers. Technicians primarily travel in the Omaha / Council Bluffs metro area. Automobiles, Laptops and all necessary tools are provided. We also provide a comprehensive benefit package which includes paid vacation and sick leave, health insurance, short and long term disability insurance, life insurance and a strong 401k program.
 What we need from a candidate:
We are looking for a skilled, technically minded individual who wants to be a part of a high performance team. A two year electronics degree is preferred. Applicants must have good communication skills and good customers service skills. Candidates need to have the ability to continually learn new product as this technology is changing at a rapid pace.
